Vision
Establish an operation the Pueblo of Jemez Tribal Court as an accessible, fair, and responsible court of law.

Mission
The Pueblo of Jemez Tribal Court will uphold the laws of the Pueblo of Jemez, ensure equal access to justice, and protect the rights and liberties of the public.       

Intent
The Pueblo of Jemez Tribal Court serves as the judicial arm of the Tribal government and serves the public. The Court’s intent is to reflect the core values of the Pueblo of Jemez community and to incorporate those values into the Court’s roles and responsibilities.

Services Offered by Department
The Pueblo of Jemez Tribal Court provides a forum for tribal criminal cases, children’s court cases, and civil court cases, including traffic court cases, to be heard. The Pueblo of Jemez Tribal Court does not preside over any land dispute issues. Adult and juvenile probation services are provided at the Pueblo of Jemez Tribal Court. The Pueblo of Jemez Tribal Court has pro se forms available for the public.
